"Excellent Service. I have lived in Aylesford (Kent) for the past 5 years, relocating from London. I've never trusted estate agents due to miss guided information you get served when trying to complete the most stressful transaction of your life, with this said I used a friend to sell our house in London, which he completed in 3 months flat. When we completed the sale, we arrived in Kent to find out the Estate agents used in Kent had a better offer and we moved into a hotel for 1 month (as the kids had school places on hold) until I found us a rental. For that entire year whilst renting we tried to complete on a purchase after 3 months of being messed around by all the local estate agents with closed envelope offers and other misguiding services to show a seller they had offers. In March 2020 we had our property on the market for 8 months with a well-known estate agents, with no offers and we received a letter in the post advising us that Eden Estates would be opening a branch in London Road. I'd never heard of Eden Estates before and thought I had nothing to lose, within 2 days after calling Jeff he was on my doorstep and he came across as a true transparent professional. He'd done his homework on my sale and knew the history of me being messed around and promised a change in the right direction for me and my family. Within the next week or so, they got me out of my contract with the other estate agents, a photographer arrived with Kieran and we had an offer on the table in week 4. Even through the tuff times affecting us all with the pandemic these guys answered the phone (every time) or called straight back otherwise (the same day) they alone have given me the confidence back in using estate agents and are currently looking for a new rental for us as-well. Jon in the office helped with all the paperwork and made the process so stress free, I would highly recommend using Eden Estates London Road for selling, buying or even renting your next home.
